Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at brew@tearituals.store, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
