• Origin

Fu'an, Ningde, Fujian Province, China & Xinhui, Guangdong, China. Shou Mei white tea (2018) pressed with aged chen pi mandarin peel (2018) in June 2021. Two ingredients, the same year, left to find each other slowly.

• Ritual Notes

A tea for things that have had time to think. For evenings that ask for depth without effort, and the kind of presence that arrives only when you stop rushing toward it.

• Sensory Profile

Soft and unhurried from the first steep. The white tea opens with quiet warmth; the chen pi arrives after — a dried-citrus depth that settles in rather than announces itself. The finish is rounded, considered, and long.

• Brewing Guide

Brew at 90–95°C. First steep 20 seconds, increasing gradually. Re-steepable multiple times — each infusion a little more settled than the last. Stores well for up to 15 years in cool, dry, dark conditions.
