• Origin

Yunnan Province, China. High mountain hong cha, pressed by Yunnan Nanfu following a hundred-year tradition. Grown at altitude where wild mountain energy — 山野气韵 — lives in the leaf at its brightest.

• Ritual Notes

A tea for now. Not for waiting, not for storing — for the present moment while the mountain energy is still present in the cup. Drink it this year, while it is still at its best.

• Sensory Profile

Gold-red liquor pours clear and alive. The opening is honeyed and floral — naturally sweet without effort. No bitterness, no astringency. The finish is smooth and clean, fading gently while the sweetness remains.

• Brewing Guide

Brew at 90–95°C. First steep 15–20 seconds, re-steepable multiple times. Each infusion is a little quieter than the last — all of them worth drinking. Best enjoyed within 1–3 years of production.
