Origin
Tianmu Mountain Region, Lin'an District, Zhejiang Province, China. Green tea hand-rolled into pearls and scented with fresh jasmine blossoms — a craft requiring multiple rounds of layering to achieve depth without artificiality.
Ritual Notes
Ritual Notes
A tea for transitions. For the space between tasks, between moods, between one version of the day and the next. It does not demand attention — it simply rewards it.
Brewing Gide
Brewing Gide
Brew at 80–85°C. First steep 2–3 minutes — watch the pearls slowly unfurl. Re-steepable 3–4 times, each infusion a little softer than the last. Western style: 3–4g per 250ml.
Sensory Profile
Sensory Profile
Pale gold liquor, luminous and soft. Jasmine opens the cup with natural floral warmth — present but never overpowering. The mid-palate is smooth and gently sweet. The finish is clean, lingering, and quietly uplifting.
