Tianmu Mountain Region, Lin'an District, Zhejiang Province, China. Hand-picked spring harvest from high-altitude gardens where morning mist slows the leaf and concentrates its natural sweetness.
Ritual Notes
Ritual Notes
A tea for the early hours. For the mind that needs to arrive before the day does — alert without tension, present without effort.
Brewing Gide
Brewing Gide
Brew at 80–85°C. First steep 2–3 minutes, re-steepable 3–4 times. Use less leaf than you think — this tea opens generously. Western style: 3–4g per 250ml.
Sensory Profile
Sensory Profile
Pale jade liquor, clean and bright. Fresh chestnut and sweet grass open the cup. The mid-palate is smooth and vegetal with a gentle floral lift. The finish is crisp and lingering — the clarity of a clear morning.
