Tianmu Mountain Region, Lin'an District, Zhejiang Province, China. Grown within the Tianmu mountain ecosystem — post-fermented with care, refined without bitterness, expressive without excess.

• Sensory Profile

Rich earth and dark wood open with a thick, coating warmth. The mid-palate is velvety and smooth — quiet sweetness balanced by soft mineral depth. The finish lingers gently, shifting with each infusion.

• Brewing Guide

Brew at 95–100°C using Gong Fu style — 6–8g, short infusions, multiple steeps. Western style: 4–5g per 250ml, 2–4 minutes. Each steep reveals a subtler, more settled character. Yields 6–8 infusions.
