• Sensory Profile

Orchid florals open the cup with delicate lift. The mid-palate is silky and clean — fresh mineral depth balanced by gentle sweetness. The finish lingers softly, shifting beautifully across each infusion.

• Brewing Guide

Brew at 90–95°C using Gong Fu style — 5–6g in a 100–120ml gaiwan, short infusions from 10–15 seconds, increasing gradually. Western style: 4–5g per 250ml, 2–3 minutes. Yields 6–8 infusions.
